Urgent Sun Conure Pooping Red

My bird is pooping red in color and is completely liquid.
She ate red guava, but seems to be that's not the reason.

Can you please check and let me know what might have gone wrong, and suggest how to proceed.

She's in India, and since morning she pooped 3 times similarly

She needs to get to an avian vet. She may have internal damage.

I spoke to a vet nearby, they told might be dehydrated. Give fluid rich fruits. Giving it ..
Initially she was dull, now fine. Hopefully she gets better.
I will monitor today and contact vet again .

This looks like pure blood, not even any fecal matter, usually a very serious issue. I would be getting my bird straight to the avian veterinarian, to find out the cause and get treatment.

The one we showed is an avian vet only, he told because of dehydration. But still we are scared.

Dehydrated usually affects the urine. It does look like there are at least feces in the last photo at least.

Today's poop is thankfully much better. But the liquid urine party is still very cloudy, and urates are stringy

How is behavior and weight ?

Yesterday she was very active and good, no issues. But today we felt she's little weird. Feels like there's no strength in legs.
She's taking good appetite.
Her legs seems to have no strength. Today we found another vet, planning to go in an hour.
