Even with cockatiels? Because I've read that female cockatiels are more quiet and cuddly. Males are more of the show offs. And those pictures they are both males because of their face and tail colors.

I'm sure. I grabbed two random photos. Males do tend to do "bat bird" more naturally but both genders are intelligent and capable of trick training like you are asking about.

@Tara81 My females can do some tricks, if they want to. Also one of my females is the screamer mentioned in this thread. I have managed to reduce some of that... will update in about 2 more weeks.
