Lea (or Léa, haven't quite decided on the spelling yet).

Got to meet her and her brother and sister today when her siblings got dropped off at the pet store.

No - pet store.
I didn't touch any of the other birds before handing Lea and washed my and in the back thoroughly. She actually left with another breeder, who I had met before and who is more comfortable with handfeeding than the one who had her up to this point. They've been doing this for a while and I trust both people and both have had their birds checked. I knew about this for a while.

Not the ideal situation but we have so little choice up here where Capes are concerned.

Edit to add: I was the only one to touch her (other than the breeder of course), once I put her down, it was back in her carrier and in a bag with a blanket on top.
