I switch toys around weekly. I switch boings/swings around bi-weekly or monthly if they're a huge fan. I move around perches every 3 months or so?

Jeez, I'm the whacko here...

Every two months on the nose I take everything out of the cage for a deep clean and reorganize everything--toys, perches, boing. I really enjoy it... I don't know why. I just like the challenge of keeping it interesting. The only thing that never REALLY changes is food bowls--they just switch sides. I like keeping them on the bottom of the cage--lowers the fling radius. 9__9

It depends on the bird(s), but I usually do a complete overhaul every month/every other month or so. It alwyas seem to "invigorate the birds, and I can't decide if that is a good or bad thing! :p

Some toys I rotate daily, some weekly, some whenever they are destroyed, again, it depends on the bird and the toy.
