If this is for the Galah I would not recommend A or B. You need thick enough wire gauge that can't be tweaked or bent by the bird. A and B look like flight cages for smaller birds.

Hi all, Just letting you know that I've now heard from the Manager of the nursing home and "Julie"'s (galah's name) owner is happy for her to get a new cage. I've just emailed the Manager about the cage I'm proposing. Thanks for all your help and hoping we can get what we want for Julie.
