That IS the question. Some time is needed is course. I will listen to whatever ScooterX tells me.

He was never enemies with Mr Chirpy. It was Hal that did not approve of that friendship. Things (can) change.

Mr. Chirpy is the birdy that Scooter X knows and is comfortable with even while missing Hal. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

When I brought home Quaker JJ after my avatar, Kiwi, had passed away tiel Sunny who'd been Kiwi's BFF sang to JJ who had no idea what was going on or what to do about it.

Dearest John, the short time that I have known you has brought so much joy and laughter into our lives! I know that your flock would feel the same. I had an inkling that Hal wasn’t the best from your recent post and through tears awaited for what I hoped wouldn’t come.

I’m sure Hal enjoyed his life to the fullest and you can take comfort in knowing that he loved you also for giving him such joy.
