I have used Psittacus egg food in the past.
If your birds are a year old I wouldn't bother with egg food mix unless you are going to breed them next year. For a bird that will be a pet/companion, they don't need egg food. As other members said, a bit of scrambled egg as well as fresh veggies is better. During moults you can use a supplement I have recently been using Nekton biotin feather reconstruction (I am not sure it's English name because my tub is in Spanish) for my bird who was recovering from an injury and was re growing feathers in the hurt area.
I have another Nekton supplement for VitD3 and Calcium for my youngset hen when she lays.
Supplements are the easiest way to make sure our birds get any vitamins/minerals that is lacking from their regular diet.
