Well, kind of for now but the plan is to turn the upstairs office into a birdroom. So, the cage is actually larger than the cage he is in right now. If all goes well, it will become his main cage. And he'll stay up there when I'm not home. That will let Howie feel like he can be downstairs again. Then when I come home, I can bring Elvis downstairs with me. Then, he'll go back up for bed.
