Ok. I am sorry; I couldn’t tell what the arrows were pointing to. That led to my confusion. Whereupon I commented that one can’t possibly see individual neurons. I did not understand that you were pointing out the pits. The beak margin is rough and with the contrast against the black it is hard to tell what you are pointing out. The edge just generally looks white. That’s the problem with pointing things out on a photo; unless there’s a really fine line or arrow extending to the item the viewer may not understand what you are indicating.
