I just placed an auto ship order for Nutri-berries and Roudybush pellets. I spoke to customer service and they said it will be easy to add something to each order to hit the free shipping. The rep asked me for my bird's name and told me to give her lots of love from them. Sweet.

Yes their autoship is easy to alter and they are good about reminding you when it's coming up so you have a chance to change it or cancel it
