Why she isn't producing the calcium Or the shell?
Show that is really odd? Hope she feels better now. I would show this to the vet. Maybe she needs vit d to help absorb calcium. A full spectrum light would provide this along with calcium supplements.

Dont understand this at all, shes on calcium therapy, also gets the coral calcium with vitamin D in it. Shes never, in all her 14 years had this problem. Wondering if that mass\ tumor has something to do with it....waiting to hear from my vet.

Its a mass in her abdominal cavity, or a tumor he's pretty sure. He just called and said that may be hindering the calcification of any eggs. And if its attached to a vital orgam then why possibly kill her with an unsurvivable surgery? She acts OK, eats, pops look decent, were just gonna let her live out her life,,,sound mean or selfish? I don't think so, shes getting up in years and why stress her , shes happy now.Are they still thinking there is a mass or that it was the egg?

It doesn't sound mean or selfish at all. You are a wonderful bird owner and only you know what's best for your birdie.
I think you're taking the right approach. Nobody can doubt that you just want the best for her, and you know your girl better than anyone.
Poor Quigley. FWIW, I think you are taking the right approach. I would not have my bird undergo a surgery that might kill him unless it was absolutely necessary for his survival. You know best.

So.. The little girl was walking across the floor a few minutes ago, stopped to poop and this came out! I opened it, it looks OK....she seems OK, just ready to go to bed. I'm dying inside, shes so strong , apparently a lot more than me lately.
