She's very sweet. She grumbles when picked up, but she loves to be held. She has fatty liver disease and her feet don't work, but she is affectionate and even tolerates all her frequent vet visits and blood draws without biting.

Casted Rio's vote! He's generally a very gregarious, mild-mannered guy. He LOVES the kids (from a safe distance) and mimics them constantly!

I have a 1 year old Blue-Front Amazon named Rasputin (Ras for short) and a 8 month old Yellow-Faced Amazon named Cleopatra (Cleo for short)

9 month old Yellow Shoulder Amazon, named Salty here. And a nicer bird I could not ask for. Talks well even now, learns tricks eagerly, is quiet 98% of the day, tolerates everyone in the family. And he is my buddy.

Any idea what this guy might be? He kind of looks like a blueprint, but nearly no blue on his face, at all. His beak is black, and his nails are black, but his feet are kind of pinkish.

Here are a couple more of the "Mystery Amazon." It has been suggested that he may be a hybrid.

I'm amazed at how variable BFA are. Size, coloration, everything. Some are as big as a DYH, others smaller than an Orange wing.
