I ordered mine before it was technically even available to order! You posted a "sneek preview" of an upcoming toy on AA and I sent a very whiney pleading email begging to let me have one!

Any idea of what the wait time is running? I checked my receipt and my last order was 12/18 (about 6 wks ago)

We are at an 8-10 week processing time (as noted on web site).
Yours is likely coming up very soon.

I can't tell you what I ordered...

But if they test well I'm sure she will keep them in the store.

Did she say why she could not customize that? Being that the pieces spin I would not find it safe to be hanging from chains on it. If the pieces did not spin, or only two did, then you could extend the chains from the welded ones. Understand?

The customization that she requested - I ran it past the welder/husband, and he said no.
As much as we understood the reason she wanted it altered, some toys can't be changed in any way if we feel there's a potential risk. Safety of the parrots is the top priority.
