Worried about my budgies wings.

Only noticed recently, But my budgie will lift his wings away from his body after flying (typically long distance eg across the room/house)
Ive seen them do it a few times now, Just a bit worried that hes got weak wings or there’s something really wrong? Is this typical budgie behaviour?? I asked my breeder and she says hes “bird-panting”? It makes sense but i want a second (or thrice) opinion! Thank you in advance

My budgies lift their wings to settle their feathers, act tough or tell me off. Maybe it’s one of those reasons.
