What Type of Bird is This?

Was browsing petfinder because I have no life and often come across this guy named Cricket: Petfinder Adoptable | Parrot | Brotogeris | Monroeville, PA | Cricket

They say he's a Brotogeris on the site, but then they go on to say he's a Red Bellied Parrot (A ?). I look up Brotogeris parrots and none of them are known as 'red bellied parrots'.
So what is he?

It's a red bellied parrot, a member of the Poicephalus family: Abessinian Parrots aka Red-bellied Parrots or Red-breasted Parrots

Yes, it is a female red belly. Cute!

I think the categories on Petfinder are either really limited, or confusing for some people, as the description and the categories are often mismatched.

I've actually met Cricket before at a parrot class. She is a little sweetie.

I find it odd, though. On all of the other places Cricket is listed (kijiji, etc. etc. etc.) she's listed as a Brotogeris.
