There was a breeder in I think or near Glen Burnie Maryland way back in the 1980s and 1990s..his name was Don and he worked out of a farm with house trailers and school buses along with wife and kids..(selling and breeding)..my question is, is he still practicing or is there someone around here in Maryland who is as reasonable in pricing and as large as he was back then. I am interested in a parrot , hopefully a semi young or young African Congo Gray

I am sorry to tell you this, but you will not find a young African grey parrot for a "reasonable" price. They are going for about $5,000 and up in the US.
