Today is a mix of Avian Organics Mayan Gourmet mash, China Prairie sprouts, a bit of leftover Volkman Soak and Simmer, a sprinkle of freeze dried, and then Bosco got a corn wheel and Ripley got a green chunk from Phoenix Foraging Rolls.

Okay, so I've been meaning to post for days and somehow just never got around to it. But, here are today's vegetables! Swiss chard, collard greens, celery, fresh parsley, dried oregano, and ground ginger.



They weren't too into photos today, so this is the best I could do, lol.

Just finished chopping veggies for the week. This mix is sweet corn, red apple, green apple, zucchini, yellow squash, red and orange bell pepper, carrot, Brussels sprouts, baby bok choy, and turnip greens. Along with this mix, each day they all get fresh sprouts, cooked wheatberries (their new favorite treat thanks to @Mizzely!), cooked quinoa, cooked veggie pasta, and cooked fresh chickpeas.

This week's base is two of the sprout blends from China Prairie, wheat berries, quinoa, wild rice, corn, peas, green beans, sweet potato, and riced cauliflower.




Today's add ins are bird bread and baby spinach.

Today we have cabbage parsnips celery but it’s mainly sprouts I’ve let them sprout a bit more and they are loving them

We had a junk food day today lol! Nothing hits quite like air popper popcorn. Hobs and Puk had a lovely time eating theirs. Meanwhile Bo would only be satisfied by helping himself to the popcorn I set aside for my snack.

Today was a mix of a grain bake from Avian Organics, some of my frozen chop mix, fresh kale, a bit of China Prairie sprouts, and some bird bread.

Mine like a chunk of ginger occasionally you would think it was a foot toy

My RCA loves fresh ginger root! I need to give him a chunk instead of chopped up and see if he would like it that way!

Today Hobbs had his usual nutriberries and zupreem pellets plus a chop of fresh coconut, jalapeño, red sweet pepper, carrot, fresh ginger and fresh turmeric root, zucchini, broccoli, and parsley. I also added a teaspoon of a mash made with a bit of a brown rice, sugar free applesauce, sliced almonds, flax seeds, and a bit of Ceylon cinnamon.
