Broccoli, collard greens, parsley, celery, cheese pumpkin, and ground ginger.
They've been really enjoying their vegetables the past 2 days. I wonder if maybe it's the ground ginger, as I'd never given them that before yesterday.

@Disnara I'd say it is! It is cheaper to make your own version of it, or just to make your own chop, but I like to have some convenience mixes on hand for when I'm low on time or ingredients. :)

Also, your boy is gorgeous! I love to see him eating so well!

I love Bird Street Bistro! :)

Today we have a mix of Volkman Soak and Serve, a cooked grain mix, Christine's Chop Shop, and Texas Natural Freeze Dried, with a bit of Sprout People Lil Bird Sprout Mix :)

I don't know what "cheese pumpkin" is. Is that a variety of pumpkin? BTW, your birds' plumage is gorgeous. That abundant diet is working!

Yes, it's a kind of pumpkin. The skin is a pale peach color and the pumpkin is kind of flat, which makes it look like a cheese wheel, hence the name. The taste is similar to a butternut squash but not quite as sweet. The flesh is also less stringy than other pumpkins which I like a lot. It's really good in pies, risotto, pancakes, scones, and lots of other foods. It's very versatile and can be used in sweet and savory dishes.

Broccoli, brussels sprouts, red cabbage, swiss chard, dried parsley, dried basil, and dried rosemary.
I really wish the weather would warm up so my herb garden can start growing again. I'd love to give Sprite and Marshmallow more fresh herbs.
