(Yes, he has a rusty, not really safe item in there.. but it's his favorite thing from his old home and I didn't want to take it away from him right away.)
His first day here was rough for me, because my grief over Lior is still so raw, and he brought it back because I was actually engaging with the world - and my birds - again, for the first time since Lior died. But I think we will be good for each other.(I made the swing he's on for my birds a few years ago, but nobody liked it.. Giacomo loves it!)
He is so beautiful!! Look at that crisp white around his eyes! It really brings out his green. I wish you guys many years of happiness together!!!
