Hey hey,

I've been having some trouble with Barnaby. He used to have a water bottle and a bowl of water. But hear a bottle was bad and he kept throwing the cap behind his cage, so stopped giving it to him. In my impression he was also drinking out of his bowl, but his poops have become solid and having a little more trouble passing through. Now I gave him a few teaspoons of a packed of bio babyfruit mash, his poop is completely normal again. So I feel like he is not getting enough water in. Everything else about is fine aswell. Still trying to get him to eat chop but he is refusing it. So the only thing he eat right now is harrison's pellets (also tried other pellet but he also refuses those).
Any tips?

Can you get him a different bottle that he can't toss pieces of?

Bottles are fine as long as they are washed daily and checked often for blockages. All of my birds have both a bottle and bowl.

No, could always move the bottle so it's not falling behind the cage. Will just try the bottle again than ^^. I can take that one fully apart to clean it :)
