Omg, check this out guys!!!!!! Maybe the folks who live locally have seen this in the news, but for anyone who hasn't, have a watch of this video of a car dealership who let a duck lay and incubate eggs outside their window, allow them to come inside, feed them and even built them a pool!!!!!
