Vitamin A in Harrison’s pellets

Does anyone know if Harrison’s pellets have enough vitamin A in them for a cockatiel. My cockatiel eats about 50% pellets and 50% seeds, with some greens as well.

I just want to make sure he’s having enough vitamin A. And I read somewhere that if a parrot is eating Harrison - they don’t need to be supplemented with too many extra veggies since the pellets already contain all kinds of vitamins and minerals??

Harrison's said recently (of course I can't find their post now) that their diet is considered "complete" if a bird is eating at least 70% of their pellets.

Veggies are more than just for vitamins and minerals; that are also enrichment, diversity, moisture, antioxidants, etc. :)
