My grandmother ran in my room and asked what was wrong with him? Absolutely nothing. This is his newest thing.
The first video reminded me of a Guinea pig
The 2nd one made me giggle when he started moving his head around like that. Those hormones sure make you do weird things![]()
I live in a condo. I had read where it was said that vasa's are not an apartment bird. Well not a week later she got up an started just hollering at the top of her lungs!! I closed the blind and curtains. No relief. Now she does it all the time. I am getting complaints from other owners. Saying she is scaring there dogs when walking them. I am sure it will be just a short while before it starts getting to the association. Trying to get her attention with anything just doesn't seem to work. I am ar my wit's end!!My grandmother ran in my room and asked what was wrong with him? Absolutely nothing. This is his newest thing.
It's getting close to breeding season, and unfortunately, Vasas are chatter boxes. Even though they're deemed a quieter species, that isn't necessarily the case. Java is soft spoken most of the time but when the hormones get started, there's no quieting him down. Could you maybe distract your bird with something or give her something to do so she doesn't have as much time to scream? How old is she?I live in a condo.
