I never thought I'd have to post an urgent thread.

My berber skink just had a rock fall on its head. As soon as I heard it, I moved the rock and grabbed him out of the hole. Then I put him in an open area of the vivarium. He didn't move (I suspect he was stunned?) so I picked him up. He lashed around a bit so I put it down and he rushed off. He is now still moving around. Will he be alright?

Ps. I changed the setup too and now nothing will fall on anyone.

I hope he'll be fine. Could he die of internal bleeding in the head? I am so worried. Please help.

I think monitoring is you can really do... If he seems like he's not himself he'll need to go to the vet for an anti inflammatory

It was leaning against wall on the floor of the vivarium. I think it got wedged on something before completely falling. There did seem to be a small gap so I think it only just caught him

Fingers crossed that it was only a little knock to the head. Keep an eye on him and get him to the vet if his behaviour changes or if he just seems off.

I hadn't seen him all day, it is now half 10 and they are both usually up by now. The other one has been up for a few hours. I decided to dig him up. He seemed lethargic so I put him on the basking rock. Now he is starting to move so must have warmed up!

I think I would phone your vet and check. Lethargy and a change in behaviour following a possible head injury is something I'd feel uneasy about but I don't have experience with reptiles.
