I will miss their sounds in the morning. Mr Jeepers was always first to sound off at first light. Albeit a very low chittering sound. I will ask the woman if she will take a pic of their new home.

I am actually very happy for you and the birds. Just think about how lucky the woman is to have found such a pair of lovely birds and you made a new friend. It is a win win for all. How did she happen to find you and the honey creepers? Does she live close to you? I know that you had a long drive when you got them. I do believe that your flock is now complete. Sometimes we are just a holding pattern for a bird to get to its rightful place.

Some strange news. The woman who took them called Sunday and may be returning them. She is concerned about them being outdoors in weather that is too cool. She asked as she was going to put some things on CL. I pleaded with her not to sell them to someone else. I said I would gladly take them back. I chose her as she would care for them as I have, but who knows what would happen to them in the wrong hands. She is supposed to come to town on the 23rd, I suggested she could bring them then.I wasn't going to say anything yet..but we will see what happens.

If you do get them back, at least they are going back to their mummy and will be in the best of hands! I hope it all works out.
