He clearly had a plan and wanted this particular bird. Came in with bolt cutters, only took this bird, and left. Makes me wonder if he's already sold this poor senegal. I hope they get their faby back, I hope they catch the guy and he gets a whole lot more than a slap on the wrist. Scary that folks are doing this at 11:30 am.
