You guys have been so wonderful in your support of our new store. I'm taking this on full-time as my full-time job and you guys are an integral part of that. It's been so encouraging and things are going well and I'm just looking forward to them getting better!

I just wanted to say thanks, and I continue to work really hard for not just you guys and gals, but for your FIDs and those we have built a relationship with on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and our Blog.

While I'm all for supporting small, independent business owners, I have to say I found your site confusing & redundant.

All those images/links on the front page take forever to load and don't they just repeat the content links on the left side?? I would think that space could be better utilized?

Due to the slow page load I didn't bother to go further......

I shop online to save time and this site just doesn't do that for me.

I'm sorry to hear that. You are the first person to mention any issues. I'm not sure that it isn't a problem with your web service, no offense. Also, issues like this are much better discussed in a private message or email.

The design of my store has not been a hindrance to anyone else that I know of. The pictures at the bottom are to introduce the sections. I will think on what you said and probably use that space differently in the future, however you will find that those images specifically are thumbnails and shouldn't take any longer than any of the other images to load throughout my website.

Again, if you would like to further talk about my store and give feedback, I'd much appreciate a private message rather than a bit of a hurtful post on a thread where I thank people. It's a bit confusing that your first post ever in this forum would be to criticize, no offense.

I've read this forum for some time but only today decided to "join".

for dial-up internet users, the large amount of images etc. on your site pages (I did manage to visit a couple more areas), even tho they are thumbnails, create a long page load time.

and, about 42% of internet users are still on dial-up connections.......

website design is not a new thing with me....... I've designed commercial sites for years, so I have a pretty good idea what I'm talking about

So yea, birds are exactly what my store is about and I pour my heart, soul, and love into my business and my flock. Even on a day like today, when loss strikes at my very core in losing Piggy, life must go on and business as usual. to the many customers I already have and for the future ones that I will be privileged to serve.

Tamara I dont think you owe any further explaination, WE know what your store is about. I have to agree with Kristy, didnt sound too constructive to me. Sure wouldnt want that to be my first post on a forum I was joining. Lets keep this thread for what it is meant..to allow TLA to thank their customers.
