Today has been 4 weeks

I think of you most days, everytime i look at Leroy and think how I would be if it happened to us and it is too unbearable to even think of. So my heart goes out to you and hope you will have some positive news soon.
lots of the heartache is the not knowing, and even should Dakota be with someone else, at least you would know she is alive still and safe.
Was she microchipped? Not sure how big that is with you in your part of the world? Then if someone took her to a vet they might see by scanning her?

No I didn't have her microchipped. I was scared to. Too many horror stories. Even so, all of the vets around have her info and she is banded.

Do not want to upset you by asking, only curious as all my birds have been microchipped one by one and it does give me some peace of mind incase they should escape one day. Stay strong and stay positive things happen for a reason I do believe and when you least expect it you will be told something good.

one day at a time. and looking back girl you can be so proud of how you have handled it all. Also looking back have you not noticed how much stonger a person you have become in character? Believe it, you have and it will stand you in good stead in the future.

Heather, someone is selling a CAG for $300, cage not included, in Essex. On Craigs list. Diet is atrocious as if they don't know. You might want to look into it and make sure it is not Dakota.
