Pumpkin guts, fennel, baby bok choy, curly endive, Italian parsley, jalapeños, red & orange bell peppers, yellow squash, zucchini corn, sugar snap peas, hemp hearts, coconut shreds, TOPs All In One, dried herbs & seed mix., and a Greywood Manor tea mix. The selection here hasn’t been great, lately. I’ve got sprouts and soaked tree nuts coming along. 1B02EBD0-FA6A-4001-A553-F1D4D3538318.jpeg

I never would have thought of using the guts of a pumpkin. Do they enjoy it?
Burt loves them but the way I offer them is no where near as appetising as the ones above lol.

It's about time for me to make chop again. Excited for all the fall ingredients to explore. Saving this thread for ideas.

For the fennel, do you use it fresh or just the dried seeds? If fresh, do you cook it? What parts of the fennel do you use (bulb or stalk)? Does it have a good nutritional value?

Wondering if I should add it to my shopping list for my next recipe. Poppy's never tried it.
