Oh wow you are dedicated! I saw Birdman’s Parrots has a tiny one posted on his site right now. He has a retail store so it’s an actual bricks and mortar thing.

Hi Tricia Koontz - I have put a deposit down on a bird at Birdman's Parrots. I am wondering if he is a legit seller and if his prices are really high? I got scammed on one bird already so I'm paranoid about sending any more money. Thank you for any information you have!
