It really is fun to see the difference for sure. I'm so lucky to have 2 different stories to get these yummy treats from other countries and so far they have all been hits for me. I've yet to have something that I haven't at least liked if not full on enjoyed like the Maltesers I was so pleasantly suprised.
We make a really yummy biscuit and condensed milk based slice with cocoa and crushed maltesers (we use other crushed chocolate bars like peppermint crisp sometimes) but I know if I make it we will all eat too much of it as you just can't stop! Maltesers are lovely crushed and used on top of chocolate mud cake.

The Chewy Caramel or the Classic Dark are what I would get out of them three choices. I don't like the original ones so I would pass them up if that is all there was. Hope you enjoy them!
I tried them this morning and quite liked them. I'll be sure to try the other flavors in the future and report back if they are as good.

Just a quick update - Everyone is still alive! Wooo!

Although there's now a second one I'm concerned about. So far two are exhibiting symptoms of ADV, but not so much that I'm currently considering euthanasia for them. I'm cleaning everyone's tubs today while they each soak, so I'll be sure to get some photos tomorrow after they eat breakfast.

That's great that they are all still with you. Glad that even the 2 sick ones aren't terribly bad off.

me too! They’re eating a little bit less than everybody else and one of them has developed a wobble every time he tries to move. He still able to eat, but he just looks like he hast to put a little more effort into it than they normally should. The other I can't fully put my finger on, but something about his movements isn't quite right.

Update! Everyone is still alive! The only one I’m still concerned about is the smallest one, the first pictures. I’m having a hard time getting him to put weight on and hold it, he’ll add weight, and then seems to lose it almost as quickly. Otherwise everybody is mid shed, which you can definitely see on a few of them. I wasn’t able to get a picture of either Oscar or digger, Oscar because he is a massive Butthead and digger because he was mid poop :roflmao: Big Red is eating and I hate disturbing animals mid-meal, but I’ll definitely grab him since he’s the prettiest.

They are so lovely. I'm so glad that everyone is thriving and that even the smallest babe is still holding on. What's the future plans for them? Will you be keeping them or the rescue is still trying to find interested adopters?

The rescue and I both are trying to find interested adopters. The problem that I’m running into, and I imagine they are too, is that people don’t generally want to take in animals that have a limited lifespan because of an illness. Everyone loves special needs unless it’s something that might involve a Vet trip later on :arghh::banghead:

Aw no that does make it more difficult to find them homes for sure :(. Hopefully some kind hearted folks will come forward soon that would be willing to take that chance though.

Ha I wish. I do love Beardies and think they are a lovely species. But its definitely easier to be a 1 pup family since even just having an 11 pound pup is so costly I struggle at times just to afford him. I really do hope yall are able to find amazing homes for them but at least until that happens they are getting such wonderful love and care from you.
