We will not be going to Dr Barb's house tomorrow, her better half isn't feeling good. Jon Sr is great guy, but human drs are not worth the bother, to him. Dr Barb notices that he was really flushed last night, she found a hubby with a 102 fever. She dragged him into urgent care, sinus infection with double ear infections. Amoxicillin for 10 days. Some body dove into a swimming pool without nose plugs. She said we have plenty of time to gather everything together for the missions.
Avian angel 'G' is back to work again, she is waiting for results from Cat scans and MRI to come back. She has had really bad migraines head aches for several weeks. The dr she saw has a idea what might be but wants to confirm it with C-scan and MRI first.

I admit...I do not measure the birds' food. Is the 2 tbsp. considerably less than what you were used to giving her? I agree about the triggers in the cage - for my Lily - she loved her platform perches. I have even switched her cage several times. And the day I took her for her Lupron shot - she was backed into the corner of the carrier doing her hormonal chirps. As long as she is not laying she shares a cage with another tiel - so I am not sure how I would ration her food. Putting her in a cage by herself also seems to be one of Lily's triggers.

Yes it is alot less food then what she was getting. But it seem like it's working so I'm not arguing with it.

Mom didn't get a Miss Sweet Pea's sleeping perch out of her cage right away this morning. She was getting her 'happy' on:

The perch came out right after I took the pictures. Uncovered them both and was prepping their breakfast, when I heard her soft 'getting happy' chirps. She is fine.
