maybe he’s a few days behind (the photo of day 19-21) but I don’t think that’s a big deal. You didn’t expect to be raising him by yourself and that can happen. I think he may catch up because he was fed reasonably throughout his first weeks.

Chick does not look stunted to me. Bird looks like correct proportions. Feet are a good size.

Maybe you mean you think the chick is a slow grower? If that is the case, stick at it. I had a slow grower lovebird chick and she turned out ok :)
