Stolen Macaw - Omaha, Nebraska

Is it against AA rules to post information on a Macaw that was stolen about 3 hours from me? It has a picture of the person holding the parrot. The parrot is still getting hand feeding.

Horrible as the bird is not weaned & they likely don't know & even if they try are inexperienced to do so properly.

Hoping this has a happy ending.
