Step up

Hi guys, I have not posted here in a long time but I just wanted to know what are some tips to get Iggy to step up from his cage? He steps up from every else but there.

I use a pine nut to lure Eco onto my finger. I'm not big on luring, but I do because he gets in moods where he will bite and it's harder for him to do with something in his mouth. He is consistent about stepping up from anywhere though.
