Sprout and Buddy

Just noticed parrotlet place and had to check it out. I have 2 male parrotlets. Sprout just turned 6 months and he's a regular green pacific, and we have Buddy who is almost 6 1/2 months and he is yellow. Iam not sure if he is split or not he was a rehome and I amhaving trouble contacting the lady we got hims from

The yelloe one came to us as a rehome, The woman had a mom and dad with 4 babies and wasn't going to have time for buddy. i have been trying to find out from the lady if is an american yellou or if he is a slit or dilute, But she hasnt responded. when we got home he was supposed to be tame well he is really shy he finally will come out of cage but doesnt step up all he trys to do is get away. I found out that they would leave th cage open and buddy might go to her grand kids. But he was never taught to step up. and since we got the second one thr first one did some backsliding. so we are working on all thatwe were looking for a blue when we found hi and now we find out that there arent as many yellow out th
