Splayed leg or deformity?

So I had someone contact she had babys stating they were splayed legs she had just put 8 down and had no more money etc
To put them down
I have tried most things for splayed legs but his other leg looks more deformed rather than him being splayed
I've never dealt with splayed legs and can't say much from experience of splayed legs
