How am I supposed to put a hole through sola wood balls?? Every time I try to do it, the wood 'pops' into individual pieces. Should I rather use big sola wood balls? Or poke the hole through the side not the centre?

What are you using to poke the hole?

You need something kinda long and thin and sharp. It's not easy and a big reason I don't put them in toys anymore

I tried a long, sharp metal skewer. I think I might just not use them in toys for now, it's too hard for me :roflmao:

I didn't know you could get ones like this. I'll probably try to find some of these! Thanks :)
Yeah I find they work well if you "screw" them into the balls by turning the screw end of the skewer through them. If you go too fast or too forceful it'll still break little chunks off though!

Wow that's such a pretty toy! Love all the colors .
Haha thanks! I'm not too great with making toys so I just try to make it as rainbow as possible since that's what Pico prefers :roflmao:
