No though that'd be cute. It's from the Mario videogame. I never liked videogames but my dad and I would play Mario when I was little and it was our special just us time. Plus my husband says Bowser has the heart of a dragon and Bowser was this little dragon character.

Heres Bowser after his dinner. (he's a messy guy lol but his crop is full so I'm happy) He doesn't mind the warm washcloth on the beak to clean him up so long as I pet him first and go slow.
