So satisfying!

Yesterday was cage deep-cleaning and reorganization day and I moved everything around in Argo's (GCC) cage based on how I've been observing him using or not using the various toys and foraging areas. He normally spends 90% of his day out of his cage, but he's been in there for the last hour just climbing and exploring and playing and foraging. He is still a baby (4 months), but he is a velcro bird and he has not enjoyed cage time, so this feels like a big win.

Have you had any wins lately, little or big?

And of course, a totally gratuitous shot of my baby (who is finally coming to the end of a tough moult, phew!)

Aww he’s such a gorgeous baby! My birb Rocky (a tiel) just ate from my hand for the first time yesterday, so that was a big moment for me. It feels so good when they begin to trust you little by little!
