Ok....here's a quick pic of Riley after breakfast this morning. He's so excited to explore that I can't get any good pics of him yet! I actually had to stand on my living room chair just to get this one! Hoping he settles in here after while so I can get some better pics of him to share.

He looks wonderful \i know just how you feel when Asariel first came home I couldn't keep her in one spot she was everywhere. Even now she's all over the house. I clipped her wings but she doesn't know she's not supposed to be able to fly so she still flys everywhere She is a very strong flyer. Riley's cage is identical to Asariels except Asariels is bronze color. Its a great cage. I bet your haveing so much fun cuddleing and playing with your new ward. I know your going to be very busy because I sure am since the baby arrived. you are lucky that riley is weaned I still have to hand feed Asariel twice a day. She eats reallly well on her own but she still is not wanting to give up her hand feedings. She's so spoilt. You have fun with your new baby I want to hear all about how sweet he is.

Thank you everyone! I am thoroughly enjoying his antics....he's just a fun little guy! LOL! I haven't had any problem with him not eating...as a matter of fact he has a HUGE appetite, and I'm very thankful for that. I'm putting a couple of pics on here of him chowin down on his pellets. It's the only time he sits still enough for me to snap a shot of him.

Kevin, I told you that cage was almost big enough to be a flight cage for him! It's the one I won in the raffle at the bird expo! He absolutely LOVES it!

Thats what I thought but there are a couple that look similar like the Calico
So beautiful! I could look at him all day!!
I cant wait till I get some macaws of my own! Until Im out of school I dont have the space or resources for him, but I already got an idea of which ones I want! Deffinately a RFM and a hybrid of some sort like a Catalina or Shamrock!
