Jogging around the block
I made a very simple meal for the birds tonight that I wanted to share. I have been throwing a couple days worth of veggies into my cuisinart and chopping them to a fairly small size and then storing them in a sandwich bag in the fridge. I use them to make quickie meals like tonight. First I heated a bit of coconut oil in a pan. I tossed in a small handful of pre-cooked brown rice and a small handful of the chopped veggies (jalapeño, broccoli, carrots, red pepper, Tuscan kale) and just heated them up. Then I added one beaten egg and scrambled. Voila! Everybirdy loved it
