Hi guys, I really need some advise on what to do. My quaker parrot flew in to my arm whilst I was trying to get rid of a fly with my hands and fell on the floor.
He seems to hit my hand quite hard and I'm worried about him. He is eating, and moving but he is not his usual vocal self. And he has been puffed up all day and seems to sleep a lot. I've been keeping a close eye on him to make sure he is ok and keeping him in a warm place. Not sure what else to do?
I want to take him to a vet but he is really scared of people and doesn't let anyone touch him. I don't really want to causs him extra stress by trying to catch him and putting him in a cage he is not familiar with. Any advise would be really appreciated. Thanks
