She was building her nest in the tray under the grate of her cage and incorporated paper, feathers, wood, rope and plastic! I removed the pile of wood and toys from the nest pile for the pix (and to put them back in her foot toy bucket).


Oh and she did this through the grate after removing newspaper from that corner and folding over the corner of the several layers of folded flannel sheet that pads the bottom of her cage!
