Hi, I can't figure out where to put this question, but I am wondering if there are any dangers to parakeets concerning toys (from China) that have small dried corn cobs danglies for birds to chew on. Are they safe?
My Senegal just loved corn cob wedges. I have also noticed that some of the chews that they make for these birds commercially resemble corn cobs and I was wondering if anyone had tried giving dried corn cobs to their birds? And you could slice them too to make wafers.

The dried corn cobs are fine and are added to many toys although many of us avoid toys made in China as they have been known to not be as safe as other places you can buy toys from.
