PVC play gym question

I'm planning on putting together a big pvc play stand thing, but I have a question I can't seem to find online.

How do you attach it to a base, if you want to have a base with wheels? Would you use something like rubber cement to attach it to a flat platform? Regular cement?

With winter coming, I need my clothes rack back (the fun of not having a dryer ) so Isadora is going to need a new climbing toy.

Yeah, that's probably easier than cement

Not too obvious the fact you are attempting it is more than me so my diy skills are worse can’t wait to see your finished product

Honestly though I am sure it will be amazing and your little not so little gems will love it

remember that it doesnt need to look pretty! I made a bamboo climbing frame and it looks shoddy and leans to the side but the birds love it all the same

Right now she uses a big plastic clothes hanger dryer thingy. She loves it, but it's not super cool
