Urgent Possible Crop Infection?

I've recently adopted my newest cockatiel named Ducky about a month and a half ago. She has an abcess on her wing which doesn't allow her to fly. The humane society checked it before I adopted her and it causes her no discomfort, so they didn't want to remove it. She cannot grow flight feathers on that wing. I've had no issues with her so far.

The past 2 days I've noticed her crop looks a little big, and I'm wondering if I'm just being paranoid or if it looks swollen? I had a budgie that had crop problems and unfortunately she passed from a full crop impaction overnight. As soon as I noticed her crop get big I booked a vet appointment, and by the time she got there they gave her medication and told me the best thing I can do is just spend time with her before the inevitable. Ducky's crop doesn't look very big, but after my last incident I'm very paranoid. My closest bird vet is booking a week an a half in advance, which I'm willing to book but I'm not sure if I should. To bring her in for an emergency it's $230 just to examine her. I've got savings I can use but I just don't want to bring her in an emergency and spend that for then to tell me she's alright. Can anyone tell me if she looks normal and I'm overreacting, or if it looks serious?
Thank you!

Can you send a photo close up of this bird to your vet?

Unfortunately they don't have any contact to send it to. Honesty I think my other cockatiel is bugging her about food so Ducky chows down to prevent the other cockatiel from stealing it. She only has a big crop in the mornings

UPDATE:
So it turns out I was being overly cautious, she was just pigging down on her food from preventing my other cockatiel from eating her food. I now feed Ducky inside the cage and Chicken outside, and she already looks better.
On the way to the vet, Ducky tried to fly in her carrier and got a little bloody, honestly I thought it was her nail because it was basically no blood. When we got there they lifted up her abcess wing and she has this HUGE blood feather that cracked at the base. As soon as we lifted it up she started dripping blood. Her whole wing was covered. I got lightheaded and had to sit down. The vet was great and said the amount of blood wasn't a concerning amount. Honestly I wasn't expecting her to bleed, and it looks like a lot from a little bird. While they were holding her, her "abcess" fell off like a scab. Her wing is most likely a genetic defect, and may have issues in the long run. They cleaned her up and she's on antibiotics and anti-inflammatorys for 2 weeks. She's already doing so much better, and I'm really glad I took her. I couldn't see her blood feather until we lifted her wing. I feel bad for not knowing she had a bad blood feather, but I'm glad I took her to the vet.
