does anyone know why my lovie keeps shaking his head like he’s trying to shake off something??? he’s making a grinding noise too. i’m so scared

With the information provided it's hard to know.

Grinding sound could be beak grinding which is a happy sound for many birds.

Shaking the head could be a sign of vomiting, or something not feeling right in the ears, mouth, or nose.

How old is your bird? How long have you had them? How long has this been going on? Can you get a video?

Heyyy my lovebird is doing something similar. Could it be the same thing? Ill send you link with the video since it doesnt let me attach any vids on here. He grinds his beak and makes these noises like his nose is full he also scratches away at his nostrils and shakes his head
