We're coming out of hibernation now. The weather's finally fit for being outdoors. I set up Keiki's old cage (which was Shriek's cage) on the patio. She has never been outdoors before, and was very confused at first. I put the awning out so she wouldn't have to sit directly in the sun. I kept her out for a couple hours both Saturday and Sunday.
I took the pic with my phone, and it focused a little behind her, but it's not TOO bad. You can't really see it, but daylight on her feathers gave new definition to the word "green!"
I have been so looking forward to getting her out in the fresh air and sunshine! I hope she enjoys watching the birds at the feeders. (No worries, they're far from the patio.)
