So I’ve always said if I happened upon a Green Wing it would be VERY hard for me to pass it up. Green wings have always been my dream bird. Well about 6 weeks ago while on a supply run my husband casually asked the bird store owner if he had any Green Wings, just joking and never imagining that he actually would. Well guess what...he had one coming that next week! This store usually only gets one a year and they are always reserved before they even make it to the store. So when the baby arrived I was sent pictures and went to visit and of course I was in love! I won’t be bringing him/her home for several more weeks but have been driving the 3 hours to visit every other weekend. Enjoy the pics of my new baby! They were taken at 7 weeks, 9 weeks and today at 11 weeks old! My husband and I couldn’t be more excited to bring the baby home that will complete our flock!
